Free About an hour In person at Van Nuys

No pressure, no obligation. Bring your questions. If you decide flying isn't for you, that's a perfectly good outcome — and it costs you nothing to find out.

The point of the visit

What you'll leave with

Not a brochure and a handshake. You walk out with real numbers, a real timeline, and a clear idea of whether this is for you.

A personal training plan

Mapped to your actual goal — fly for fun on weekends, add an instrument rating, or go all the way to an airline seat. We build the sequence around your schedule and budget, not a generic template.

$

Exact pricing, no surprises

Itemized course costs, hourly rates, checkride fees, headsets, written exams — all of it, in writing, before you commit to anything. You'll know the real number, not a teaser rate.

In writing

A tour of the hangar and fleet

Walk the ramp and see the aircraft you'd actually train in — Diamond DA20, Piper Warrior, Piper Arrow, Cirrus SR22 and the Piper Seminole twin. Twelve aircraft, six types, all on site.

Time in a real cockpit

Sit in the left seat of a training aircraft, get your hands on the yoke, and have an instructor walk you through the panel. This is the moment most people decide.

%

Straight answers on financing

Flight training financing from $2,500 down, with terms up to 15 years. We'll show you what a monthly payment actually looks like for the path you're considering.

From $2,500 down

A clear first step

Either a discovery flight to try it before you commit, or straight into enrollment if you already know. And if the answer is "not right now," we'll tell you that too.

Rather fly first?

Skip the talking. Go fly.

Some people don't want a conversation — they want to be in the air. A Discovery Flight puts you in the left seat with an FAA-certified instructor beside you, hands on the controls, over the Hollywood Sign, Malibu and downtown LA. Flights start at $229, all in.

And here's the part that matters: enroll within 24 hours of your Discovery Flight and its full cost is credited toward your training — 100% of it. Fly first, decide after, pay nothing extra for the trial.

Questions people ask first

Yes — genuinely free, with nothing to buy and no deposit. We do this because the single best way to explain flight training is to stand next to an airplane and talk it through. Most people who visit end up training with us, and the ones who don't leave with better information than they came in with. That's a fair trade for an hour of our time.

Plan on about an hour. That covers the conversation about your goals, the hangar and ramp tour, time in a cockpit, and going through your written plan and pricing. If you're short on time we can compress it to 30 minutes — just mention it when you book. If you want to stay longer and see the simulator run, we're happy to.

Nothing at all. Most people who book a consultation have never been in a small aircraft and don't know the difference between a private certificate and an instrument rating. That's exactly who this is for. We'll explain everything in plain English, and there is no question too basic — we've heard them all and we like answering them.

Please do. Flight training is a real commitment of time and money, and the people around you should hear the same answers you do. Parents come with teenagers, spouses come together, and friends come along regularly. Kids are welcome on the ramp with us — just keep them close while we walk between aircraft.

Yes — that's the whole point of doing this in person. You'll sit in the left seat of a real training aircraft, hands on the yoke, while an instructor walks you through the instrument panel and the controls. You can also try our Redbird full-motion simulator. What you won't do on a consultation is fly — for that, book a Discovery Flight, which starts at $229 and is credited back in full when you enroll within 24 hours.

No. There's no closing pitch, no "today only" pricing and no commission-driven sales staff — you're talking to instructors and the owner. If flight training isn't the right fit for your budget or your schedule right now, we'll say so directly. You leave with your plan and pricing, and you decide on your own time.

Just yourself and your questions. Comfortable closed-toe shoes are a good idea since we'll be walking on the ramp, and sunglasses help — Van Nuys is bright. If you've flown before, bring your logbook so we can see where you left off. If you're serious about starting soon, bring a rough sense of your weekly availability and your budget so the plan we write is realistic.

We're at 7900 Balboa Blvd. Suite 108A, Van Nuys, CA 91406, on the field at Van Nuys Airport (KVNY). Free parking is available right in front of the building — no structure, no permit, no airport terminal to navigate. Come to Suite 108A and we'll meet you at the door. If you get turned around, call (818) 290-8249 and we'll walk you in.
